You do not need to have all the answers. Sometimes, sharing what you have learned, asking the right questions, and encouraging a young girl to believe in her potential can make a meaningful difference.

The relationship should be encouraging, respectful, and centered on the girl’s development and goals.
A mentor does not have to define the path. A mentor can help a girl see that more than one path is possible.

Become a Mentor and Support Girls’ Education in Côte d’Ivoire
