Mentorship Program
The Katia’s Kloset Foundation Mentorship Program supports young girls as they navigate an important stage of their educational journey.
The program brings together educational support, mentorship, personal development, and continued guidance to help girls stay focused on their education and think about their future.
For many girls, continuing their education involves more than having access to a classroom.
Financial pressure, limited resources, uncertainty about the future, and the absence of someone to turn to can all make an educational journey more difficult.
Katia’s Kloset Foundation created the Mentorship Program to address this broader reality.
The program combines practical educational support with relationships that give girls someone to learn from, ask questions, and look to as they consider their own ambitions.
From Being Supported to Moving Forward
Every girl’s circumstances are different, but the program is designed around continued support rather than a single moment of assistance.
Financial support can help remove an immediate barrier. But a mentor can offer something different: experience, perspective, encouragement, and a relationship that develops over time.
A mentor can help a girl think through questions about school, interests, strengths, opportunities, and the future.
The role is not to decide what a girl should become. It is to help her become more aware of what she can explore and what she may be capable of achieving.
A mentor does not choose the path for a girl.
A mentor helps her see more paths.
Helping Remove the Barriers That Can Stand in the Way of Education
The Mentorship Program can combine different forms of support depending on the needs of the girls and the resources available to the Foundation.
Support may include:
☑️ Educational expenses
☑️ School supplies and materials
☑️ Support for better learning conditions
☑️ Mentorship and personal guidance
☑️ Educational and professional orientation
☑️ Personal development opportunities
☑️ Continued follow-up throughout the educational journey
The purpose is not to create a one-size-fits-all package.
It is to understand what can help each girl continue moving forward and provide support where it can make the greatest difference.
A Girl’s Journey Is Supported by a Community

The Mentorship Program does not exist through the work of one person.
It brings together the people and resources that can help create a stronger environment around a girl’s education.
The Goal Is Bigger Than One School Year
The Mentorship Program is designed to support girls through an important stage of their education, while helping them develop foundations they can carry into the future.
We want girls to have the opportunity to:
Continue working toward their academic goals with the support they need.
Recognize their strengths, interests, and areas where they can grow.
Explore educational and professional possibilities with greater confidence.
The Foundation’s hope is that support received today can become confidence and possibility carried forward tomorrow.
There Is More Than One Way to Support a Girl’s Journey
The Mentorship Program grows through people who are willing to contribute their resources, experience, time, or connections.
Whether you want to sponsor a girl, become a mentor, or support the Foundation’s broader work, your involvement can help create more opportunities for girls to continue their education.
